The tonearm was tied down and well wrapped to prevent potential damage during shipping. It arrived in the condition described in the listing. A little bit of polish and cleaning will make it look borderline new. As far as I can tell, the turntable is fully functional after re-calibrating it. I will be replacing the cartridge at a later date.
