I’m not sure why he wanted pictures of an action the clasp wasn’t performing, but the last straw was when I was the asked to push the parts in more sufficiently…. Like I’m in able to secure a simple bracelet….. take your business elsewhere. Go to Amazon! At least they will return stuff without calling you simple minded!
