    Harvard tray shown in title/photo — and only tray of real value — was missing. Rest were very common, low-value trays. After I contacted the seller, he admitted the tray had been sold to someone else and I got 8 trays so should not complain. Poorly packed, refused fair resolution. Misleading and unprofessional. Avoid.
