I’ve tried contacting the courier but have been unsuccessful. I’m beginning to wonder if they actually exist. Naturally I am unable to leave a comment about the purchase because it’s floating around in the ozone somewhere and we do not have an expected arrival time.

It is slightly smaller than expected (it's a tight squeeze for my son's laptop); but presumably the leather will stretch with time & use. My son is pleased with his gift, especially as it has a vintage look, but it's not falling apart like his old leather satchel. It was delivered before the expected date, only taking 10 days from India to Australia. Thank you for the great product and service. 👱❤️
