Seller assured me that cartridge would work and that many many were sold on eBay with out of date warranty dates with no issues. Seller immediately offered refund if I was not content. Although I appreciate cartridge would almost certainly have been ok I decided to return it for refund. Refund received quickly. Cannot fault seller on communications or actions. It would have helped if original description had mentioned warranty date.
