The crown was bent in on both sides at the base of the bill, the bill itself is broken and cant be shaped and it appears to be a kids size, as I have to put it almost to the last notch to fit, when I normally only have to use the second notch... After washing it and getting it wet, I was able to stretch and retain some of the crown shape.. but as mentioned the bill is a lost cause...
