    Item was not as described (seller listed as excellent preowned condition but did not disclose that there was significant pilling on the sweater). I reached out to seller first per their request to “make it right”. When I asked to return it & get refund, seller advised they would not cover return shipping despite that they did not accurately describe the product, because they “don’t have to”. When I submitted the return, eBay refunded me for shipping AND provided a label, so seller was wrong.

    "CAUTION" when dealing with this particular buyer. Buyer received item and expressed dissatisfaction. Buyer opted to return the item and requested a full refund, including the original shipping cost, which I PROVIDED. Regrettably, this buyer remains unsatisfied with the resolution and continues to demand additional compensation. Such buyers negatively impact eBay’s reputation and expect excessive gratuities. I am not able to provide "FREE" items like buyer wants. PLEASE BE AWARE.!!!!
