In the end they decide to ship an el-cheapo USB cable that's already falling apart, and offer 10 EUR in compensation hoping for "a positive review". Console itself was ok, shipping was fast and comunication was prompt, but the seller could own their mistakes and focus on customer satisfaction instead of only on their bottomline.
