This seller is dishonest! Please see all negative reviews! The item I bought was not as described, not complete as advertised. The box for the main item was empty- therefore I paid for a box of little accessories with the main item missing. When contacted he admitted being a reseller and not inspecting what he was selling- therefore falsely advertising it as brand new, complete. He offered return/refund or keep and he would refund half, but now non responsive to correspondence.

Item was poorly packaged by seller for shipping. The sprayer and other components were loose inside the box, and the sprayer lubricant plastic packet was pierced. It leaked through the box (see picture) and was all over everything inside the box, making a mess of everything. Needless to say, the lubricant was all wasted. In addition, the shipping label was duct tapped to the outside of the original package, ruining it. Satisfied with item, but VERY DISAPPOINTED in seller prep for shipping.
