    Emailed to cancel bid prior to end of listing and the seller didn’t respond. Insisted I cancel it after the listing ended which is not in the buyers power to do. Communication was a bit terse, I get it - missed sale - but I did message to cancel straight after the bid was made and they didn’t respond.

    BEWARE. Dreadful experience which shows importance of eBay's intervention in cases such as this. Images (of rug) did not show damage/torn areas along edges & no mention in listing. First thing to hit us when unwrapping was the smell & animal hair covering it, horrible. Charged £60 for delivery (thought it would be rolled, so paid, it was rammed!) contacted DPD who said actual cost for method/weight/size was £15.89. Refund four days after return, at last possibe moment, no communication/apology.
