They were able to haggle a price, combine shipping, and were always polite and willing to answer questions. However the packaging was substandard as my package arrived with hardly any protection and I was lucky that nothing was seriously damaged in the shipping process. The description of the main item was also inaccurate. It had wood glue and stray markings
