      The seller was very quick and I appreciated that. Suggestions regarding delivery and shipping were followed. However, the item was not shipped with inserts, so the boots arrived a bit wrinkled and had to have inserts put in for a few days. Also, there was some lint and debris in the boots. Generally I am happy with the purchase - just wish the item had been prepped a bit more for sale.
