The box label showed the correct name, but the toy inside was wrong. I have the unbox video. When I requested a return, the seller IMMEDIATELY THREATENED to call the police and was extremely rude. This could be a seller scam or a manufacturer mistake, but the seller’s reaction feels dishonest. Unfortunately the box was dented in and the clear plastic around the item was cracked. Totally not the sellers fault it was wrapped well but post office mishandled the item causing damage. I don’t plan on reselling so not too big of a deal . Im so happy with the product . Shame on you usps for mangling the box! Value was great for an item only sold in Thailand.
