      Seller's communication was scattered and lacking important details. There was an issue with the shipping. The seller spent more time than either of us needed to debate whether or not a solution was feasible, rather than taking the simple steps recommended by the shipping vendor to find the solution. Conversations felt like the seller was not on my side. I will not be doing business with them again.

      After he paid for the item he asked me to upgrade from free USPS priority. I changed the shipping to USPS express and billed him $50 more (I paid $80 more vs priority.) He got his item in 3 days but I guess he was expecting overnight from Hawaii somehow. I'm not sure what made him think express would be overnight. I did refund him his extra shipping cost but some people are never happy no matter what you do for them.
