Ignored. 2 more messages sent on subsequent days and he finally responds on 5/3 with “I’ll do my best.” Then doesn’t mail the patches until 5/6. Allegedly. I say allegedly because I still have not received them. Today is 5/10. This patch was going on a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. I told him this. If he’s got extenuating circumstances, I get it but he needs to advise people.

I order lots of other patches from farther & this seller take the longest! I was supposed to get this 5-1 & now coming 5-14, mind u it is only going from michigan to california. should only take couple days. Also charges 2.50 for shipping when they pay 0.95 for it. terrible service
