They didn't have the fabric but happily took my money.
They then cancelled the order but didn't refund as much as I have paid in £.
Blamed ebay and Paypal, it was everyone else's fault but if they actually had the fabric they were selling then I wouldn't be out of pocket.
They have now stopped replying to my messages.
