Boot has to be unworn but for try on only, sole has to be clean and return the way boot was received. If the boots are shipped in the Ugg original box, return the boot wrapped the way you received it and DO NOT WRITE ANYTHING OR SCRIBBLES ON THE ORIGINAL UGG BOX OR SHIPPED DIRECTLY WITH THE SHIPPING LABEL ON THE UGG BOX, if that happens I will deduct another $10. I will refund the full amount minus shipping plus 10% restocking fees. As for exchanged, buyer has to pay shipping for both ways.
