When Mark contacted me I checked the listing he purchased from, and on that product and price point there was never a photo showing a neck carriage included. I have listed longer items with a neck carriage in the past though, so maybe he's remembering one of those...

These are by far the BEST kubotan's I've found. They're solid, rust free and the grip is absolutely amazing. Even if your hands are wet, you'll have excellent grip. I've bought a few of these in different sizes for different carry scenarios. These fat ones are my favorite and I am preferring the 5 1/2 over my 6 1/2 as it looks less conspicuous in my flashlight holster and is still a good length.
