Very good quality but returned as it just didn't suit our very large lounge, sadly. The pile was so long & luxurious, that I would of had a problem to vacuum/keep clean being it was cream. Besides it was a very large rug & although washable it wouldn't have even fitted into the large style washers in a laundrette.
