Dans un premier temps le vendeur a dit qu'il me remboursait, et dans un deuxième temps il a dit que le colis était a la douane et ne rembourse pas. Le colis a été bloqué par la douane et a été retourné à l'expéditeur/vendeur car la déclaration n'était pas conforme d'après la douane. J'ai tous les échanges avec le service postal et avec le vendeur , ce dernier n'a toujours pas remboursé.
