We do not guarantee same day dispatch. Dispatch times are affected by manufacturing complications and order volumes. We are bound by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel your purchase 14 days after the day you receive the item. Should this be the case then just mail us back the item. Your package to us MUST include your eBay receipt or a letter with your eBay info as well as the words REFUND and CCR written somewhere on the package. If this is not the case then your refund WILL take an extra day to process.
