Faulty item replaced wire only quite bad communication had to go on website to prove not working, asked for a full kit to be replaced only got a wire, as this was all fitted to the bottle lamp I was making, would not respond to messages, very disappointed. Would purchase elsewhere I don't like giving negative feed back however not great,

The problem with eBay is you cannot upload videos of issues, that's why you sent it in to our website.
I can see that the cable was faulty, but we cannot send a complete kit because 1 part is faulty, if you glued it in place then that's not how the kit is designed to work.
We can replace the faulty part no problem, however as you have used the kit outside its design we cannot help from that side.
