Excellent product and service. Delivered by Lucas who was most polite and helpful, particularly to my 92 year old, deaf. wife. The scooter was well demonstrated and controls explained. The scooter itself was comfortable and the riding position easily adjusted. The suspension was a very pleasant surprise, together with the front and rear brakes. We also thought that the alarm was a very useful addition to the facilities provided. Altogether a good buy for us.
