DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all'art. 67 del codice del consumo e successiva modifica pubblicata nella G.U. 11 marzo 2014, n°58, il Cliente ha diritto, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati, di esercitare il Diritto di Recesso, consistente nella facoltà di restituire i prodotti ricevuti, integri sia nella confezione sia nel contenuto, e di ottenere il rimborso del prezzo pagato.

Tale diritto si applica a tutti i prodotti messi in vendita da Piemont Gros di Cea Antonella, con l’esclusione tassativa dei prodotti consegnati sigillati e successivamente aperti dal Cliente o su prodotti realizzati e modificati espressamente per le esigenze del Cliente.

Sempre ai sensi del citato articolo si precisa che il Diritto di Recesso è esclusivamente riservato ai clienti consumatori e cioè solo alle persone fisiche che acquistano i prodotti per uso proprio e agiscono per scopi non riferibili all’attività professionale, ovvero se non effettuano l’acquisto indicando in fase d’ordine una partita iva.

Una volta ricevuta la richiesta, Piemont Gros comunicherà al Cliente le modalità ed il numero di rientro.

Piemont Gros ritirerà esclusivamente i prodotti che saranno segnalati dal cliente che confermerà la volontà di usufruire del Diritto di Recesso tramite le procedure indicate.

Le spese di trasporto e la responsabilità della merce durante la spedizione, come previsto dalla legge, sono a carico del cliente. Si consiglia pertanto di assicurare i prodotti presso il corriere prescelto, avendo cura di imballare con attenzione la merce, dove possibile inserendola in una scatola esterna evitando di danneggiare la confezione originale con nastri adesivi, etichette etc. Il prodotto dovrà essere restituito integro nella confezione originale completa di tutte le sue parti ed accessori.

Non verranno considerati resi con parti mancanti o lesionate.

Al fine di poter godere del Diritto di Recesso, il Cliente non dovrà aver indossato i prodotti che possono andare a contatto della pelle (es. calze, indumenti intimi, tutori, fasce elastiche, etc) pena l’annullamento del Diritto di Recesso.

In caso di danno da trasporto avvenuto durante la restituzione, Piemont Gros provvederà a comunicare lo stesso al Cliente entro cinque giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce, consentendogli di sporgere denuncia al corriere utilizzato per il trasporto. La merce danneggiata sarà resa disponibile per la restituzione e la richiesta di recesso verrà contemporaneamente annullata.

Fatto salvo eventuali spese di ripristino per danni accertati, Piemont Gros provvederà a rimborsare entro 30 giorni e comunque non prima della ricezione della merce, l'intero importo del bene tramite procedura di storno sul conto Paypal indicato dal cliente, o altra procedura concordata.

Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente nel caso in cui i prodotti vengano restituiti: danneggiati, (per cause diverse dal trasporto), sporchi, utilizzati oppure incompleti, ovvero mancanti di parti e/o accessori.
