These regulators are garbage. Worked for a week before the cables frayed and snapped, don't waste your time installing these. Contacted seller and was ignored. BEWARE...BUY OEM.

Incorrect installation, yeah right. Had an Original Mercedes regulator installed by the same shop and a month later it's still perfect. These fake regulators have weak hardware and the flash from the mold on the cable channels and pulleys frays the cables after a few cycles. They are thrash.
