The seller made a good attempt at packaging the board, with newspaper and bubble wrap, but unfortunately even after much part swapping I couldn't get the board to work fully. Perhaps it would have survived if he had applied a CPU socket protector and packed it in a proper static-dissipative 3-layer foil bag. That said, the seller was prompt, courteous and helpful when dealing with the problem and provided a refund without delay.
