The seller was very communicative. The item shipped quickly. However, upon recieving the item, it did appear to have some possible environmental damage. There was definitely a smell of must or midlew or some smoke of some kind and some of the stitching on the bag appeared to be damaged by that same environmental factor as well given that there were color changes to the thread where there shouldn't have been. Overall a positive experience, but some conditional items were excluded.
