Absolutely shocking part didn't even last the 1.5 mile journey from garage where fitted and getting home and the supplier are adamant it's my fault so are now waiting to open a case against them

We are sorry but your mechanic fitted the part in the wrong way, didn't checked the joint and caused the part (new and genuine) to fail. We have absolutely no part in this mistake and we shouldn't be accounted for it.
