Il pacco come da regolare tracciamento inserito, risulta venerdì sera consegnato ad un altro indirizzo, abbiamo contattato il cliente comunicando l'apertura del reclamo con SDA, ma chiaramente di sabato non abbiamo possibilità di ricevere aggiornamenti. la premura del cliente è l'inserimento del feedback negativo senza nessuna attesa.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi con un lotto del prodotto. abbiamo offerto al cliente tutto il nostro supporto, un concreto rimborso parziale di cui attendevamo accettazione e risposta e invece ci ritroviamo questo feedback in cui ci accusa la mancanza di assistenza e il non interesse a risolvere il problema. che dire.... solito racconto "parziale"
