i had to pay £2.50 to royal mail for postage before they would deliver even though it weighed less than birthday card.This was an unexpected charge.

Issue hasn't occurred with a package sent by us. Buyer left feedback for the wrong seller. We asked buyer ( several times ) to confirm and prove that they indeed had to pay extra to receive an item sent by us, but sadly had no response from them. eBay will not interfere as the feedback even though inaccurate, isn't against their policy. Sad and disappointed outcome for us as a seller, let down by both buyer and eBay, without being in the wrong !
