The item delivered (a cable) did not fit the machine. They were not especially helpful in identifying the reason for this. Eventually they said I could return the cable but I'm still waiting for confirmation that I will get a refund.

The buyer keeps trying to contact us outside ebay, rather than using ebay's message system which way more difficult for us to manage. The connector on the item was broken in bits, so it was very difficult to replace or size it. We offer a full return policy in line with ebay's own guidelines. It's also on the ebay listing how to return the adapter for a refund, using ebays own return system?????????
