Unsure why it was bigger than the buyer thought it would be, when the measurements are in the item specifics and description together with a photo of the item next to a ruler, how can the size be any clearer? 100’s sold with no issues at all. No contact at all from the buyer, we’ll always help if we know there’s an issue - they could have returned, for free, but instead chose to leave neutral feedback because they made a mistake and didn’t check the measurements.

No idea how this bracelet could possibly break, unless it was too small and forced onto the wrist (measurements are in the description and we could have made a bigger one if you’d asked us). Waited 2 months to leave this feedback with no prior communication- why would you not reach out to us if there was an issue? Would take a few seconds to send a message but you’d rather leave damaging feedback for a small business, not very fair and not a nice thing to do.
