Basta leggere quando si acquista: ebay offre sia l'opzione senza tracciatura che con tracciatura, è il cliente che sceglie. Lei ha acquistato con l'opzione standard pagando per la spedizione senza tracciatura. Se voleva il plico tracciato bastava che al momento dell'acquisto cambiasse la spedizione cliccando su spedizione tracciata e pagando il relativo importo indicato. Non è corretto lasciare un feedback non positivo al venditore per una questione che è dipesa solo da lei
