- Essenza Aurea srl non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate.

Riconoscenza della merce

Le modalità di riconsegna del bene stabilite da Essenza Aurea srl una volta che il cliente consumatore ha deciso di esercitare il diritto di recesso sono:

- l'invio del modulo di rientro via email a essenzaurea@gmail.com

Fatte salve eventuali spese di ripristino per danni accertati all'imballo originale, Essenza Aurea srl provvederà a rimborsare al cliente l'intero importo già pagato meno le spese di spedizione e accessorie, entro 14 giorni dal rientro della merce, tramite procedura di storno dell'importo addebitato sulla Carta di Credito o a mezzo Bonifico Bancario. In quest'ultimo caso, sarà cura del cliente fornire tempestivamente le coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il rimborso (ABI - CAB - numero conto corrente - codice CIN dell'intestatario).

LE SPESE DI SPEDIZIONE E LE ALTRE SPESE ACCESSORIE NON SONO RIMBORSABILI CON IL DIRITTO DI RECESSO.

Condizioni per cui decade il diritto di recesso

- l'utilizzo anche parziale del bene;

- la mancanza della confezione esterna e/o dell'imballo interno originale;

- l'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (card, libretti, Analisi Gemmologiche, ecc, ...);

- il danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto.

Nei casi sopra indicati, Essenza Aurea srl provvederà a restituire al mittente il bene acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione.

NON POSSONO ESERCITARE IL DIRITTO DI RECESSO I CLIENTI CHE ACQUISTANO CON PARTITA IVA.
