Verified purchase
Contacted them and confirmed they would be able to fix ecu. Shipped it to them. I emailed to confirm they received, said they have no record. Finally found it. THEN call me saying I haven’t paid (which is impossible as they received payment thru eBay). Said couldn’t be fixed. I emailed 3 times asking why. No answer. They just sent my ecu back with no explanation.

HI future buyers. If you provide all of the info we ask for when sending your part to us you can avoid this issue. That is why we ask for your contact info be sent with the part. If you send the part to us under a name different than what is here on ebay we have no way to know you already paid. This buyer was called 4 times and provided with the information they are claiming to not have received. They also received a copy of the notes and invoice in the box with the part.
