They are brand new and the value here is incredible! The tag says, $133 and I paid more than that almost 20 years ago. The frames were well packed, inside a case and the case was bagged, then wrapped in plastic and wrapped again with bubble wrap and then paper, then inside a cardboard box. This is an excellent place to buy quality eyeglass frames with exceptional value.
