Disappointed in the quality of this product. The penny was off when it came which wasn't a problem i managed to open the back of the frame and re-glue it down. But the quality of the paper that was used was very flimsy.

220gsm card is primarily used for my products, but the product is not intended to be handled anyway so as long as it looks good it doesn't matter if something is in actual fact "flimsy". The penny falling off was unfortunate, despite packing as safely as possible - the frame contains glass so I package as safely as I can. Highest standards are always my goal with my handmade gifts. I'm sorry you was not satisifed but you did not give me opportunity to rectify either.
