Went to wrong address so I never received it. I had advised many times that the delivery address was incorrect and to change and still note not picked up. I asked for a reorder to be sent via EXPRESS post and was told to pay more for express post when NOT at fault. It is the 3rd print I have purchased so am a repeat customer. Not impressed when I need the poster up urgently to open cafe so express was needed due to their oversight and when I told Georgia she missed the point she ghosted
