No communication at all. Sent 2 messages, no answer on either one. Woke up this morning to a message from ebay saying I'll get a refund in 3-5 days. The seller is not shipping my item. Shipping rate was outrageous but they said they had the item i wanted. Turned out that was a lie.

I love the shoes but they arrived over a week late, they were filthy and scuffed up (completely unlike their condition in the photos). They looked like the seller had decided to take them out clubbing before shipping them to me. They were covered in something sticky, I assume a spilled drink. I had to pay to have them professionally cleaned out of pocket by my shoe repair shop. Several scuffs to the suede didn't come out. Beautiful shoes but I won't be buying from this seller again.
