      One Summer’s hot day my child unfortunately have broken grandmother’s favored beautiful plate. On Jul 21, 2024 I have ordered and payed the Italian made Ceramic Cityscape Plates Rome, Paris, New York, to the seller named larrczarneck-0. Surprisingly I was notified now on September 24, from Grandma that the ordered these items she didn’t have received. I am very disappointed with this situation. I have payed for transportation more than these three items cost was that time.

      I’m sorry that your mother never got the plates. When I didn’t receive feedback, I assumed the package was received without any issues. I checked your tracking and it appears that the box was delivered July 31 to Brooklyn, NY. Once the post office has a package in their possession, there is nothing further the seller can do. I understand you being upset over the situation but kindly ask that you please revise or remove the negative feedback you gave me. Our reputation is very important to us.
