The seller never shipped the item it’s been over a month. Each time I ask about it he keeps making an excuse on Covid. So I asked him that he returns my money instead and we just cancel the order. He does not reply except he sends me a message that says I must ship the item back. The problem is I never received the item because it was never shipped. He does not reply to my messages anymore and so I’m beginning to assume a scam. Never buying from this seller.

It is unfortunate that the item have lost-in-transit and not in our control. We been advised by ebay help that we have done our part to approve the refund, and if need, the buyer could follow up with their financial institution. However, the buyer kept harassing us with rude and unpleasant ebay messages when there's nothing else we can do on our end to help.
