Buyer was trying to get a refund without showing the damage or returning it. The 8x10 photo was sandwiched between 2 layers of double thickness corrugated cardboard and wrapped in a polybag. I asked for photos of damage and I would file a claim for a refund, and this Karen got offended. Item was well packaged, and I seriously doubt it was bent since I send HUNDREDS of photos a year in this very matter.Follow-up from: _***s- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Never asked for a refund so who’s the liar? I’m not first (or the last I expect) to complain about poor packing and damage caused by it so I think this sellers feed back (and his rude arrogant replies) speaks for itself!
