The instrument arrived in great condition with a bag, spare strings and picks. I overstretched the middle string and broke the spare as well. No matter as Ervin was super helpful providing advice and sending out some extra strings for not extra price. Really positive buying experience and if / when I get round to buying a 2-string cifteli I'll be coming back to this buyer.
