He incorrectly claimed that I "demanded" the unit immediately be sent when I very kindly asked him to do his best to quickly ship it because my parents' water heater had failed. He cancelled the order on his end (without my approval), advised me to buy it locally, and then later reposted the same item in a different listing at a much higher price. Then We Relist Item, Customer Orders same Item Again, Changing Story from "No Hot Water" to "NO Hot Water in One Room". We Refunded due to Weather Delays and expected Delays. I was sent another label and sent their package to them snd they sent mine to me. Even with mistake I would buy from this seller again because he did what he needed to do to make it right !
