I am sorry you were disappointed with the size. We do try to make very clear that there are 20 strands of 85 cm each. The thickness of each hair will vary as this is natural ethically sourced horsetail hair and not a manufactured product, so there are variances in thickness. We do of course always accept returns if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us if you would like to make a return.
