Malheureusement l’article acheté pour offrir à mon fils était présenté sur l’annonce comme neuf hors à la réception de celui ci je découvre avec stupeur que le coffret est moisi et l’écharpe et le bonnet sentent très mauvais le moisi… et je n’ai aucun de retour du vendeur heureusement que le service eBay a été réactif et à solutionné mon problème

Je voudrais juste revenir sur le fait que je vous est répondu effectivement assez tardivement car j'ai été très malade, je vous ai proposé un remboursement intégral et je vous ai présenté mes plus plates excuses car le coffret neuf avait été entreposé à la cave suite à mon déménagement et je ne me suis pas aperçu de l'odeur ( suite Covid + ) je vous ai également proposé un retour à mes frais mais vous avez gardé l'article après vous être fait rembourser. Toutes mes excuses encore une fois.
