But instead, seller sent me the magazines using MEDIA MAIL for $4.87. That's AGAINST ebay's policy. 3) I offered solutions to this problem & also asked seller what his solutions would be so we can resolve this problem amicably as the seller DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS . 4) The seller simply IGNORED me!
