Card not close to NM. Has a crease on it. When contacted, they apologized and asked for pictures, then when presented with evidence totally ignored me, after being given a heads up at my displeasure. Avoid at all costs. Im glad I found this out on a cheap card and not an expensive one. Disappointing after they responded to my initial contact within hours, and a day after evidence sent, nothing. They shipped it fast, too fast to notice the crease i guess.
