    Item was packaged adequately and sent with reasonable postage costs but these costs are dictated by eBay. Unfortunately the item was not as described but was rectified by the seller very quickly who organised a refund. However I am still out of pocket by $11.75 as the seller could only refund a particular amount. This was no fault of the seller but eBay should step in as their system limits the amount of refund that can be given
