My operation difficulty resulted in lack of function. I contacted this seller. He tested it ok. I offered to pay for the shipping back. He relisted it instead and Blocked me from bidding. Watch this guy!

I am so sorry - but this is not accurate. You never contacted me prior to opening up a return case. I accepted the return and once received, opened the box and tested the item (which worked perfectly fine... even posted a video in the re-post). I contacted the buyer to ask why a return was made if the item functioned... He admitted that there was user error. This buyer misused returns and was reported to eBay. Ebay reimburse shipping due to the buyers misuse. Dont know what I did wrong here...
